Cadzand is the most southern seaside resort of the Netherlands with a beach of 11 km long. A region filled with contrasts. A region filled with atmosphere and Burgundy cosiness. The region of Reynaert de Vos, Jantje van Sluis and Willem Beukelszoon. The culture and traditions in this town go hand in hand with sea- and beach pleasure at the coast.

There are terraces in the village as well as on the beach. Here you can taste delicious homemade regional products or just enjoy an ice-cream. Lots of choice! You can also do some extensive shopping with all you need for sun, sea and beach. At low tide you can walk over the beach to Knokke, through nature reserve the Zwin, to Cadzand. From Cadzand you can take lovely cycling trips to Sluis, Breskens and Aardenburg. Also a good cycling distance for sporty, young children.

A bit further inland you find Cadzand-village. A still recognisable medieval circular village with a gothic, early 14th century church in the middle. The church and the doll-like, old houses around it determine the village-picture. When entering Cadzand the old mill, restored in 1977, is a real eye catcher.
